de-graded

you know, when yer in a group of exceptional people, and yer just like the rest of them, yer actaully exceptionally average? that's what i learnt today, once i got my grades. we have in interesting grading system... called "relative grading". and our motto in life is "it's all relative". effectively meaning, you can stink at what you do, and still be great, as long as a certain number of ppl stink greater than you. which also simply means the system stinks :) but yeah, im only bitching cuz my grades werent all what i wanted them to be, and honestly, if im blogging about my score card at the age of 24 (and it isnt THAT type of a score card) it should tell you what a loser i am. but in all honesty, im pissed off, slightly offended even, cuz i believe i deserved better. but then i also believe i'm actually a princess and the stupid stork accidently dropped my in the wrong house... anyways, i must speak with santa about it. the good thyng is, with the sort of grades ive gotten in the last two quarters, i can now afford to goof-off. like seriously :) i can fail all five of the courses im studying right now, and i'll still get the degree, and that's just how screwed up the system is :) and you know what, that's exactly what me thynks im gonna do. you just cant win competing with smart ppl. so why not let them compete amongst themselves, and sit back and watch teh show? ;) ive had it with education. too much of it can destroy your brain as it is. and i'll have you know im extremely partial to the cotton candy i have in my cranium, thanx q.
